Player Welfare

Mental health, nutrition, family relocation, and education — total off-pitch support so players can focus on football.

The story

Why this matters.

Football is a high-pressure profession in foreign countries, far from family, with sudden wealth and even more sudden injuries.

We treat welfare as a non-negotiable part of representation, not an afterthought. Mental health, family relocation, education, faith, financial literacy — when these are stable, performance follows. When they aren't, no contract is big enough.

How we do it

Our process.

  1. 01

    Settlement support

Housing, banking, schools for children, family relocation, embassy paperwork — handled before the player arrives.

  2. 02

    Health network

Independent medical and psychology referrals — independent of club doctors when a second opinion matters.

  3. 03

    Education plan

Every player under 21 has an active education plan, agreed with family, that survives transfers.

  4. 04

    Financial coaching

Budgeting, savings, investment principles — quarterly check-ins with a partner financial advisor.
