Aisha Okello

Aisha leads welfare — the work that doesn't show up in the transfer headlines but quietly determines whether a player's career survives the long career arc.

She coordinates the agency's network of independent medical and psychology referrals, runs the financial coaching programme with our partner advisors, and is on call when our players or their families need someone in their corner.

Aisha trained as a clinical psychologist and worked in athlete welfare for two African national teams before joining Lumasa.
