Grace builds the multi-year plans that pair sporting progression with education, character, and family stability — the foundation of how Lumasa works with players from as early as 13 or 14.

She spent eight years inside an East African academy programme before joining the agency, and she still keeps an active education plan for every player under 21 we represent.

Grace is the bridge between scouting and senior representation — she takes the players we sign and walks the long road with them.
